GridViper provides a pathfinding API ("the Service") for games, simulations, and other applications. By using the Service, you agree to these terms.
You are responsible for keeping your API key confidential. Do not share your key publicly (in client-side code, public repos, etc.). If your key is compromised, contact us immediately and we'll issue a new one.
One account per person or organization. We reserve the right to terminate accounts created in bulk or used to circumvent usage limits.
Each pricing tier has defined limits for queries per month, number of grids, and maximum grid size. Exceeding these limits will result in rate-limiting (HTTP 429). We will not charge you for overages without your explicit consent.
Free trial keys expire 14 days after creation. Trial limits: 5,000 queries, 1 grid, 256×256 maximum grid size. No credit card required.
Paid plans are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time; your access continues through the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — email us.
The pathfinding algorithms, precomputation methods, and related technology used by GridViper are patent-pending. You may use the API output (paths, costs) freely in your applications. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or reconstruct the underlying algorithms.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. GridViper's liability is limited to the fees you've paid in the preceding 12 months.
We may update these terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
