What We Collect

When you sign up for a GridViper API key, we collect:

Your email address
What you told us you're building (signup form)
Your selected agent count range

When you use the API, we log:

Endpoint called, response time, grid dimensions, success/failure
A truncated prefix of your API key (never the full key)
Query count for billing purposes

What We Do NOT Collect

We do not store your grid data permanently. Grids are held in memory for active use and discarded when they expire or the server restarts.
We do not track you across the web. No cookies, no analytics pixels, no third-party trackers on this site.
We do not sell or share your data with anyone.

How We Use Your Data

Your email is used to send you your API key, trial expiration reminders, and occasional product updates. You can unsubscribe from product updates at any time by replying to any email.

API usage logs are used to enforce rate limits, debug issues, and improve the service.

Data Retention

We retain your account information as long as your account is active. API logs are retained for 90 days. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@gridviper.com.

Security

All API traffic is encrypted via TLS. API keys are generated with cryptographically secure random values. We never log full API keys.
